Plant Repeat Databases


These pages were migrated from The Institute for Genomic Research (http://www.tigr.org/tdb/e2k1/plant.repeats/) in August 2008. New databases and updates will be made in the coming months.

We have created the Plant Repeat Databases to assist in the compilation and identification of repeat sequences in plant genomes. All of the repetitive sequences in the database are coded for the convenience of future analyses.
